Jun Akiyama – Founder and Managing Director
- Jun Akiyama has established Crossia Partners in April 2017, after his 16 years working experience in M&A advisory and consulting services with Deloitte. Through his project lead experience in more than 200 M&A and consulting projects, he has gained and accumulated a broad and deep knowledge for M&A advisory services. He served his clients with various types of advisory services which include, but not limited to, lead financial advisory, enterprise valuation service, transaction structuring assistance, due diligence, intangible asset valuation (purchase price allocation), and post-acquisition integration support.
- During his 4 years’ living in Singapore, he led Japan-ASEAN cross border M&A projects and grew Deloitte’s Japanese Client Service practice as part of the Japan-ASEAN corridor initiative.
- To ensure the success of projects and the quality of service, he diligently works with external professionals such as lawyers, bankers and business consultants as a “team”, and he has developed broad professionals’ network in both Japan and ASEAN countries. Such professional network enables Crossia Partners to offer its clients “one stop solution” and being a trusted advisor.
- He currently leads Crossia Partners as Managing Director.
